Extremely Poor Service

My parcel was received by Witbank depot last week Wednesday. The distance between Witbank and delivery address is approximately 100km, yet no delivery has been made. There is no communication, no response on WhatsApp, and no effort to update me. I finally received an email yesterday stating the parcel will be delivered - only to receive another email at 6:37am claiming no one was at home, which is not true. Currently trying to cancel my order, they can ship the parcel back as is. This experience has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional.
