Extremely poor delivery service, time and time again.

Their delivery service is extremely poor! My package was picked up by FastWay on 06/03/2025 at the business that packed my order. On 11/03/2025 I receive a message from FastWay in which they let me know that the package is on its way and that it will be delivered to me within the next two to three days. The next day, the 12th, I receive a call in which the lady says that the delivery person called me and that I did not answer. I then said that I did not receive any call. She said that the network is probably the reason that the call did not get through to my phone (or was the delivery person lying when he said he tried to call me?) She then assured me that she would call me the next day, the 13th (which would then be the latest day on which they will deliver) to confirm with me that they are delivering. There is no call on the day that is supposed to be the latest delivery date. Today, on 17/03/2025, there has still been no delivery!

One has to be on the lookout for your delivery every day and all day, only to receive no delivery at the end of the day.

Here I say frankly that I again prefer Courier Guy over "SlowWay". This is not my first bad experience with FastWay!
