Extremely Poor Customer Service

I was expecting a delivery that was handed to Fastway on Friday 24 March 2023, I contacted them and wanted to request delivery take place on Tuesday as I was not at home on Monday 27 March 2023. A total waste of time! I was never sent a message with the tracking number or a warning that that parcel was out for delivery on Monday 27 March 2023, the day I was not home. At 13: 38 I was contacted and told they were outside my gate, never being informed of my request. What is the use of making contact to prevent them from wasting time and fuel if the give you absolutely no information or warning of being available to receive a package. But I guess that is the way things are done these days.
