Extremely poor attitude from Nigel October

A gentlemen by the way of Nigel October dropped off a pacakge this morning. My mother has bee for a knee op and i am heavily pregnant. He proceeds to ring the bell continously as if that would make either of us walk any faster. Not to mention the fact that i didn't get any call, message etc to let me know the package was arriving. After asking him to stop ringing we were on our way to open he then proceeded ro laugh at me saying he had many deliveries to do. I them asked him for his name and he didn't want to give it a d i asked to speak to his manager. His manager then came to my door and i explained regarding his very poor attitude and he proceeded to give my name. Extremely rude and very poor attitude from Nigel October... Not my problem that they have many deliveries, show respect to customers!
