Extremely Disappointing Experience with Fastway Shipping

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Fastway's shipping service. I recently opted for their 2 to 5-day shipping for a package that I urgently needed for the weekend. To my dismay, the delivery, which was initially promised within this timeframe, is now inexplicably delayed for a staggering 15 days.

I contacted Fastway today in the hopes of resolving this issue, only to be met with further frustration. The representative assured me that the delivery would happen later, despite my office closing today. This lack of coordination and communication is completely unacceptable, especially considering the proactive step I took by ordering well in advance and selecting the supposedly expedited 2 to 5-day shipping option.

This delay has disrupted my plans for the weekend, and I am left without the item I needed. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Fastway and find it incredulous that a company offering expedited shipping could fail so miserably in meeting its commitment.

Regrettably, this experience has left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly. I will never consider using Fastway again for any future shipments, and I strongly advise others to reconsider entrusting their deliveries to a company that fails to deliver on its promises.
