Extremely Disappointed – Lost Parcel & Zero Communication

I had a package shipped via Fastway from Temu . It was last scanned at their Pretoria depot on April 11th, and despite multiple follow-ups, I only found out four days later—and only because I called them myself—that the parcel was likely lost.

Their WhatsApp support kept giving me vague, canned replies, and I was misled for days with false promises of delivery. Even worse, I was told that mine wasn’t the only parcel missing at their depot.

No manager ever contacted me. No apology. No proactive communication. I had to fight just to get an honest answer.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid if you care about your deliveries actually arriving.
