Extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed in the service, iv been waiting for my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on the 11th Nov and when I called this past Thursday the lady said it will be delivered the same day dololo, I called again on Friday she said it be delivered on Saturday 15th dololo. I trust that my parcel will be delivered this Monday nothing more
