Extremely bad service

Absolutely disappointed

I still have not received my parcel it’s been a week. On the tracking app and when I contact the call Center,everyone advises me it will be delivered today “for the lastest “ been hearing the same story for 3 days now . I would not recommend anyone to use fast way it’s by far the worst of the worst companies ever . I’ll definitely make sure no one uses you guys ever again !
