EXTREME SLOW DELIVERY SERVICE OF FASTWAY COURIERS

They don't even deserve 1 star. My parcel was received at the Durban depot on Monday 14/06/21 at 0911B. It was left in the South Bay for delivery at 1028B and 1314B and was not delivered. On Tuesday 15/06/21 at 0821B accordung to the tracking and when i contacted fastway Dbn telephonically I was told my parcel is on the road and will be delivered during the course of the day. Today 16/06/21 I still have not received my parcel and being a public holiday I now have to wait another day. It took less time for my parcel to come from China than it has taken to come from Pinetown Durban to my residence in Montclair Dbn which is only a distance of 25km
