Exstreme poor service

Terrible service. Booked pickup the 16 the after a week no pickup then we had to cancel pickup and use a more reliable service. I have 3 parcels that should have been picked up today but to no surprise they yet again did not come. To see all the negative reviews for this company they can just as well close down. Poor poor to no service
