Exceptionally bad attitude and service

A driver from Fastway delivered products to my shop this morning. When I requested the delivery gentleman to please set the items in the store he immediately told me that he has no intention of moving the items from where they are as it is not his job. When I informed him that I am a small lady and need his help he proceeded to throw the sign sheet in front of me saying \Sign".
