Empty promises, no delivery a week later.

If anyone was all talk and no action, it would be this company. Called yesterday to be told that my delayed order would be delivered before 10am, it's 10:27 of the next day but still no delivery. With the lame excuse of drivers not being fami**** with the place or getting hijacked. Come on!!! Whats the point and purpose of navigating??? Also why pick up a order if you don't know the place? ! Highly disappointed
