****ed up courier drivers

Courier driver dropped my package at the wrong address a week ago and didn't even contact me to find out if I received it, nor did they contact me to let me know that they on their way to drop it. I'm sure everybody is well aware that only the client can sign for the package and nobody else but yet they let someone else sign for it without my consent. I'm super ****ed as my package is now gone and I am officially a sore loser of alot of money that I spent on it, R1400 to be exact. ****ing wack
