Durban to Roodepoort via Polokwane?

My head office uses Fastway (or rather Slowway) to deliver my stock for reselling to me. Can somebody please explain how a parcel that was sent from Durban on 19n March 2015, is still not delivered to me? When I entered the tracking nr yesterday, I saw that the parcel was en route to Polokwane from Jhb!! I sent an email and of course, received no reply whatsoever. I tracked it again today and even though the parcel was back in Jhb early hours of the morning, it is still not here. I'm sure the freakin SA Post Office would deliver in the same time or even sooner at less than half the cost...... And you don't even want to spend the money to get your complaints to respond to clients..... makes perfect sense. Thankfully, our head office now changed suppliers and won't be using you anymore.
