Drivers provide false information

Would prefer to give 0 stars - it has happened to me 3 times now that the delivery driver provided false information. I keep getting told that they cannot get hold of me when no one even attempted to call me. I rearrange my days to ensure I am available to collect & then this nonsense happens. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Then they can't get hold of the drivers, making me wonder if I'm ever going to get my parcel. Their ssl certificate on their website has also expired, making the whole company *************. Very disappointed in Fastway...
