Driver who lies and then switches his phone off!!

Add on to my last review for Buffalo logistics. Called your customer service dept (very helpful) your consultant also confirmed that the driver Loko has the correct address and doesn't know why he call my wife to say he has the wrong address. He tried to call the driver and his phone is off... I called our security and they confirmed that no one had come.. My question... Why would you hire a dishonest person like this? if he can lie about something this simple he definately is capable of doing much worse!! absolutely fuming!!! I have his number if you need it
