Driver was swearing at me for no reason

Fastway Couriers, Do you people train your drivers to tell people that there parcels are not worth to be delivered? Do you train your drivers to swear at people? This is my first time experiencing such with a fastway courier driver and I feel like my dignity was st********** because I was insulted by someone whom I don’t know and doesn’t know me.
