driver pushed his way onto my property wanting to fight

why do your drivers think sitting in the vehicle and sitting on the hooter is acceptable? he then gets out the vehicle and pushes the door bell twice, goes back to the vehicle and sits on the hooter again, totally unacceptable behavior. when asked why he is so impatient he just gives me a filthy look, i asked him again "Lucky" why do you have to use the hooter twice and ring the bell twice, no answer again, he then started fighting with my partner because he said this is just ridiculous, started pushing his way onto my property and wanted to fight, i don't expect anyone from fastway to contact me regarding this matter as they don't have any customer service at all.
