Driver lying and No customer service

Had to get my parcel today and I have not and driver saying he was here and phoned. I am home everyday and he also did not phone. This was a urgent parcel. Fastway not answering their phones after holding for almost 30 min. They have no customer service. Send messages and emails. Nothin.
