Driver bad and rude behavior

The guy came and deliver my goods there was no one at home I asked him to wait for me I'll come and attend to him in 2 minutes as I am working in Elandsfontein. I saw the driver at homestead spar and I called him on his cellphone he didn't answer my calls 3 times. I called again and he answered he told me he's in marlands he's got alot of jobs when I asked him why did he let me come all the way he dropped the phone. I called he's office in isando they spoke to him and they said he'll come back, he came back around 13:45 when I confronted him about what happened he started shouting and swearing at me outside my yard I am really disgusted by his behavior.
