Don’t use this courier company

Really useless. I’ve been waiting for my parcel for over a week now, it hasn’t moved at all, every tracking update shows that it’s been left in North Bay. It’s been over a week now of this nonsense, I called them a few days ago and they said they would sort it out but still nothing! Why do you guys take on more than you can handle knowing you won’t be able to deliver? Don’t use this courier company, you’ll never get your parcel.
