Don’t use them!!

Worstvin South Africa! As I am in retail, I work with courier services on a daily basis. And this is the worst I’ve experienced. After my package got sent to the wrong depot, only to be sent to another depot, I contacted Fastway. No Answer! I contacted the depot to which the parcel is going. No answer! I eventialy found obe of the delivery personnell while on the road. All of a sudden the depot contacted me. The parcel will now not be on time for Christmas as it is a present for my 13 year old boy. I demandet that they came up with a solution. Now, even my emails gets ignored. Pathetic to say the least!
