DON'T USE FAST.WAY - SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE - CPT BRANCH ARE ON DRUGS

Absolutely disappointing service, as always, especially from the Cape Town branch. I cannot believe that a "driver" simply forgot to scan the pickup and then left my parcel behind the seat—this honestly sounds like an attempted theft. To make matters worse, there was zero communication from Fastway. If I hadn’t followed up five days after the parcel was supposed to be delivered, I would have never received it, and they would have just stayed silent.

This is not an isolated incident—I have worked with them a lot, and they have consistently been the worst couriers, aside from Buffalo Couriers. If you’re considering using Fastway, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are far better and more reliable courier services out there. Trust me.
