Dont use Fastway Couriers...pathetic

Pathetic service. My item was delivered to another address...opened by the person and then the driver comes to me the next day saying he got the item from the other people. When I open the item (face masks), they were opened and handled,.not sure if they were used. All during the lockdown. The item remained with the wrong person for a day as I recieved a delivery confirmation the previous day. Who will refund me for the face masks? I dont know if the irresponsible person living at the previous house used the masks as it was in a clear wrapping with my details on it! They accepted the packaging.
