Don’t use Fastway Couriers

I am absolutely livid with the bad service I have received from Fastway Couriers. I called the franchisee Sifiso on Friday to have a package collected from Sandton and delivered to Pretoria. I was told to call the driver Tom on his cell, which I did. He told me to WhatsApp him on Monday, which I did. No reply. Eventually he rep**** at 11am that morning and agreed to collect. By 5pm that day he had still not collected. I called the franchisee again. When the driver *eventually* arrived he rudely assured me that the package would reach Pretoria the same day. It’s now TWO DAYS later. No delivery. My client is furious with me. I called the depot this morning and was told that they are very busy. Endless excuses. No accountability. What’s the point of a courier who can’t deliver on time, because they’re ‘busy’? That’s what they’re paid to do. Disgusting (non)service.
