Don't trust this pathetic company!

They've had my package since Friday. I've tried to contact them via various platforms. They don't answer. Courier allegedly had the package yesterday to deliver, but nothing was delivered. Now it says "unable to deliver" according to their tracking. I've been waiting at home for days. Makes one wonder what they do with the packages. Of what use will my sentimental items be to them? Worst company ever. They should just close down, seeing as no one wants to work at the company. Taking money and not delivering the service they get paid for! Pathetic!!!!!
