don't trust them

Bad. first they don't wanna deliver straight to my address and then they said we'll get it on 17 December at 4 but didn't, then this morning they said we'll get it and didn't now they say Monday. They kept us waiting for about an hour at where they wanted us to pick it up and didn't have the decency to say they cancelled🤮
