Don’t keep to schedule and no communication

Got a notification yesterday that my parcel would be delivered on the day. That never happened and they never communicated why. There is no way to contact them to find out what happened and inform them that they've missed their delivery opportunity and will have to wait a week to deliver. Their communication is non-existent. The worst courier I’ve dealt with.
