Don't go Fastway you will end up going the slow way

Why offer same day delivery when you can not deliver the same day. Do booking before cut off time then get told o i can't do your collection, spoke to management to report the matter said the parcel will get picked up and delivered , and guess what up until now still no delivery off the parcel. They are causing my business to loose customers as we can not keep to the commitment cause Fastway are *********** . Not one nor twice but three times this has happened. Looks like they have enough business to loose customers.
