Don't use Fastway if you want goods delivered fast

<p>I bought stuff from a company in Cape Town and they used Fastway couriers to courier my parcel.Its been over 2 weeks they still have not delivered. First they sent the parcel back to the company because it had been damaged.I phoned the company in Cape town and they said it would be delivered on the 23 rd of November but I received nothing.I have checked on their website to track the parcel they have had at their durban depot since the 23rd of November.I needed to use the stuff on the 25th of November .They phoned me today (28 November)to tell me the parcel would be delivered today but I waited till 4 pm when I called customer care I was told it would be delivered before 5 pm but I got nothing and when I phone them again I got a voice massage saying they close at 5pm.So now I am waiting for stuff I no longer need and mind you I paid money to buy the stuff.Thanks for nothing Fastway couriers.</p>
