Don't stick to deadlines

2nd Time I've ordered online from a reputable shop and chose Fastway overnight delivery. Every time the parcel gets picked up in Somerset West and over nights in CPT. The next morning it gets picked up by the courier. Now I stay in Grabouw, so one would expect the parcel to be delivered now. However for some reason the tracking site states that they are unable to deliver, then the parcel goes past Grabouw and spends the night in Herm****. If I'm lucky I'll get it the next day around 16:00.<br> <br> How does it take 2 -3 days for a package marked as overnight to reach a client not more than 40km away from the pick up site with the package actually going past where I am?? Phoned Fastway about this, oh they only have one vehicle in that area now. I'm sorry but that's not my problem, I paid for overnight, make it happen or change your advertising. Not impressed with them at all.
