Do you know what customer service is??????

Absolutely atrocious customer service I have spend an entire hour trying to get through, after my call was cut on 3 separate occasions

When the lady that answered got arrogant and refused to help after I had confronted her about her in talking down at me, asked for a reference number for the call and was just put on hold.

Delivery has been paid, and I am not getting customer service for services I paid for???

This is not the first time I have experienced the exact same problem

Why have a call center if you have to call between 5 - 10 times before you actually get to an agent just for them to drop the call

Definitely *******ed mentality if you ask me.
