My parcel was sent off on the 28th and 3 days later it still only shows time stamps for the 28th. Nervous that I am unable to consistently track my parcel, I attempt to contact Fastway. The Durban branch doesn't even ring, the line is always busy. The Cape Town branch picked up the phone and cut the call immediately. The chat box on the website proved useless and so did the Whatsapp line. I have yet to receive a reply to my email. Honestly, what is a customer to do when all avenues of contact have been exhausted???? Super disappointed . This is company a joke?????
