DO NOT USE THEM NO MATTER WHAT

This is the worst courier of all worst couriers. I literally mean the Pits. They are so ********, cannot even do the least let alone picking up the phone. (Do not try to phone them.) you will not succeed especially the Johannesburg branch. Whoever is in charge that depot does not know about service period. My parcel has been in their depot for more than for 2 weeks fully paid customs but no delivery and no communication whatsoever, when I try to phone the branch, the phone is not answered until it drops. As I'm writing this my parcel is not delivered and I cannot get ahold of them. It's just sad.
