DO NOT USE FASTWAY

DO NOT USE FASTWAY!!!! If it were possible, I would give a zero rating. Parcels are marked as out for delivery but never arrive, calls go unanswered, and the call centre is ineffective. An item intended for a birthday was stuck in the Klerksdorp depot for four days with no update. Overall, a very disappointing and unreliable service experience.
