DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS!!!

I would give no stars if the ootion was available!! Absolutely apalling service!! Waited 2 days at home for my package to be delivered as per their notification and no one shows. The day I decide to run errands the driver unexpectedly shows up when I am not there. You cannot reach the JHB branch, there is no reponse on WhatsApp or email. Completely and utterly pathetic!! The driver doesn't know his hand from his ass and cannot tell you when he can deliver again and can hardly speak a word of english so communication is up to ****!!..it's been over a week that I have been waiting for this parcel. Unless you have a choice....DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS EVER!!!!
