DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS

Don't use Fastway Couriers, their call center refuses to take responsibility, they instead give you the number of the driver who has your parcel. Olga at the call center was no helpful and the driver, Dumisani was very rude telling me he don't know when i'll receive my parcel - which he had with him - because that's not his area.

Fastway, as a company do you read the reviews about your company? Can you see how badly you are performing and how bad your service is????????? Why are you still operating when you know you can't deliver?
