Do NOT use Fastway Couriers.

This company has cost my business over R200 000.00 due to late deliveries and misdirected packages. They never inform you of their stuff ups and have still not credited us a simple R150 for their stuff up which cost as WAY more. They have no customer service and when there is an issue they simply pass on the blame to the other fastway franchises due to them being privately owned. They have managed to stuff up multiple deliveries within a few months with no form of apology or remuneration. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
