DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS!

Fastway Couriers are literally the most unprofessional courier service is South Africa. The Newcastle Depot in NKZN do not have any control of their drivers. they deliver on their own times and when nobody is there to received the parcel - DURING office hours, they just go away. There is no system to track their drivers and they do not answer their phones. How on earth are people sending their stuff with no sort of control or assurance of when they parcels are being delivered????? Such a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
