DO NOT USE FASTWAY

I paid for my order from a supplier on Monday and was supposed to receive my package latest on Wednesday morning, when I have nt received it by 2, I asked the Carletonville Franchisee by the name of Porcia, where my package is, she asked me to whatsapp the tracking number as she was driving. she did not get back to me, I went online and found out my package was sent to the Klerksdorp branch . several messages from me she still did not reply. The next morning I asked her where my package was and she said I should receive it during the day sometime. I rep**** that I needed it before 10, she didn't reply. I was supposed to receive a second package from the same company in Nigel today, but it also found its way to Klerksdorp instead, meaning that I wont receive it today, if I'm lucky, tomorrow. One has to pass through Carletonville ( where our business is situated) coming from Nigel or Johannesburg, to go to Klerksdorp, almost two hours away.
