Do NOT use fastway!

The most useless courier Company the country! Their Tracking updates are inaccurate and it's impossible to speak to anyone. Called fastway depot in pretoria and there was no answer, used the whatsapp chat to no avail as there is no response, even the fastway head office number goes unanswered. My parcel is constantly being redirected from depot to depot. My parcel was received twice at the correct depot and then sent back out to another depot. No one from fastway bothers to reach out and confirm my location so that they can send it to the correct depot and worst of all, it's impossible to get a hold of them so there is no guarantee that parcel will ever be delivered. After paying order and import tax this service is utterly ridiculous. Beware of making any temu purchases as fastway couriers are unreliable.
