WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COURIER

They we're supposed to deliver a small parcel by Wednesday, as well as collect something, on Wednesday that needed to be delivered by Saturday, I am sitting on Thursday at 17:30, after being assured they would be be here between 16:30 and 17:30, with no parcel, my parcel for my client is still sitting with me, this is a joke of a courier company, DO NOT USE!!! And not to mention the fact the customer service would answer the phone and then immediately hang up.

YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY, use the PEP courier, it's so much better!
