Do not try to communicate with Fastway Couriers

My parcel has been out for delivery since Monday and it has been returned for 2 days. Trying to get hold of someone to speak to is like pulling hens’ teeth! And forget the whatsapp chatbot. The message returns saying to contact it from 8:30. At 8:37 am I realised it is not working. With much searching I got a Jhb number and ended up with Reception. A lady by the name of Busi deserves a prize! She contacted the driver and assisted me. Luckily there are still Humans out there doing a good job.
