Do not recommend 0/10!!! Not trust worthy

I was supposed to receive two packages I only received 1 of 2 packages, and when I track the second package it says it went to Cape Town… I am 1000 plus kilometres from Capetown they delivered the one package but not the second one and we asked the driver where is the second one he said there is only that one. This is honestly pathetic Service I don’t understand how this company is open and delivering our packages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 0/10 stop delivering our packages please I think with over 4K negative reviews JUST STOP PLEASE JUST STOP
