Dissatisfaction

Want to express my dissatisfaction with your driver yesterday, who refused to turn around to attempt to deliver my parcel which was a gift to a friend. Myself working in a call center environment focusing on customer service customer experience customer excellence, he refused to turn around or wait a few minutes whilst I was attending to my daily job. Maybe companies should look at using other delivery companies than Fastway if this is the way they treat customers
