Disrespectful

I tried your Fastway's whatsapp help but after holding on waiting for over 15 minutes I gave up and decided to post it here:

The Fastway driver dropped off my parcel today, I instructed him to reverse out towards the gate and the sensors would open the gate, I then went back inside my office. The driver did not listen and just hooted and hooted, not bothering to get out of the vehicle and come and talk to me, eventually, he stood at the gate and shouted for me to open. I find this to be extremely disrespectful and unacceptable 1G***
