Disgusting Service. Worst Courier in SA

I wish I could rate these people a 0. We have ordered from Temu before around May, and the courier was, of course, Fastway. On the day of delivery, it said "delivered" and we queried it because neither myself nor my husband had signed anything. Eventually (SOMEHOW) we got in contact with the driver and he helped us find the incorrect house. Now, on 12 December 2024, the same thing has happened again with a different Temu order. You try and contact them, and there's no response. Try and DM them, and they will give you an agent who will 'promise to call the driver' and you never hear from them again. DISGUSTING. Basically got ****** out of a R2,000 order that other people are now enjoying because of this circus show. I am sickened by this courier service and I wish SA would just get rid of them. We have been bamboozled by them twice now and I am sick of it!!
