Disgusting service. MORE LIKE WAIT A YEAR WAY.

If i could no stars, i would do exactly that. I have been on phone calls with several of employees where they provided me with 100 % clarity that my parcel would arrive, it is not a week later. I have tried to escalate this matter to a supervisor, however, to no avail, no call back received. The consultants laugh at the end of the call. This company is unprofessional and extremely slow service. Its pathetic honestly. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will make sure to never use fastway couriers again, i will also make sure that no future friends business or family members go through fastway.
