Disgusting Service!! I want to puke!!

I am so angry right now. I got an email saying that my delivery will be expected on the 10th and they never came as we waited for them. No one contacted me. Suddenly I get another email saying that I must expect delivery on the 11th but boom, I get an email that they couldn't find me!! What the hell??? I am urgently waiting on that parcel. It took 3 months for that order to come and Fastway is delaying it even more!! I then went online to complain and its 9 hours later, no one is responding to me...The driver did not even try to buzz or call me!! Sies!! This is disgusting service!!! So annoyed...I will never allow Fastway couriers to ship anything for me!!
