Disgusting service from Fastway Couriers South Africa

I had a parcel sent from Jhb to Port Shepstone on 1st December, til today STILL no parcel arrived. NUMEROUS phone calls made to depot and management, including agent called Nishal (think how its spelt) giving me their promises my parcel WOULD be delivered before 5pm. This has been happening now since Thursday last week. I get ZERO feedback from courier, when I phone, asking for a manager KATHY, im put on hold for 30 minutes and then call gets cut, Paid good courier money. Parcel sent with Post office, ordinary mail, same day has already arrived, so what service are we paying for? I used Fastway for my business as well as personal use but I will NEVER use this company again! Inefficient and absolutely DISGUSTING service.
